Trained as a Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner, Reiki Master and certified Sound Healer, Colleen offers spirit-guided treatments that incorporate aroma therapy, crystals, energy clearing, dream work and pendulums. As a lineage holder, Colleen brings ancestral healing wisdom into each session. All treatments are individually designed and co-created with her clients to best serve their personal needs and desires.

A recent article appeared in the Seattle Post-Intelligencer newspaper about Colleen's Jin Shin Jyutsu practice (see "Japanese acupressure technique targets blocked energy" by Meghan Peters).
Colleen is a personable and dynamic speaker. Drawing on twenty years of teaching experience, she combines playful exercises with pragmatic advice when presenting workshops about health, spirituality and writing. Participants come away with practical techniques they can use in their daily life.

Colleen has worked as a professional writer for 18 years. She has published hundreds of articles in national and regional publications, including Sunset, Mothering Magazine, Seattle Magazine and Christian Science Monitor. She also self-published a how-to writing book, Shorts: A Gateway Into New Markets and contributed to Chicken Soup for the Mother and Daughter Soul. Colleen currently writes a monthly column called “Everyday Spirituality” for New Spirit Journal.
